I am so grateful that there finally is a site that isn’t obsessed with right wing media instead of raising people’s awareness of the damage that the mainstream media does to Democrats. Steve Bannon has said that he always works to make sure he gets his most damaging smears into the mainstream media because that’s who the real damage is done to Democrats. He is right. He and his stooge Peter Schweitzer started the smear of the Clinton Foundation with Schweitzer’s book “Clinton Cash” and the mainstream media played along. The lies about the Bidens and Ukraine also originated with them. Schweitzer was the first to make those accusations in his book “Secret Empires”. His buddy Jon Solomon then wrote about them in The Hill. Next the NY Times then reported on them, clearly without bothering to double check those claims. My guess is that in both cases the Trump lovers in the NY FBI field office vouched for the accuracy of those stores but since the media has refused to report on their interference in the last election and the Times almost never acknowledges getting played we will probably never know.
So why are media watchdogs like MediaMatters obsessed with Fox News, not the mainstream media. When David Brock ran Media Mattters it was always reporting on the bias in the mainstream media.
i have to agree with you. I've spent a decade calling out the evils of Fox News, so I understand that it's a cancer on our political culture. but i also think the mainstream press deserves much closer scrutiny. and that's what i'll be doing at Press Run.

I would like to know your opinion of why those NY FBI agents have who helped elect Trump have been ignored by the media and why they haven’t been disciplined. When Horowitz testified recently he told Senator Leahy that he was still investigating them. He told Leahy that he had the records of their media contacts but not the content, implying he couldn’t do anything to them. I find that beyond ridiculous. Why hasn’t he put them under oath? I would bet those guys are going keep interfering to help Trump if they don’t pay a price for breaking DOJ and FBI rules not to mention violating the Hatch Act.
